Turtle Beach Releases VelocityOne Flightdeck HOTAS

An all-new hardware controller is now out and available for Windows users.

Hardware developer Turtle Beach has released its latest flight simulation hardware. Following up on the release of the VelocityOne Flight (Yoke) and the VelocityOne Flightstick, the new Flightdeck HOTAS offers simmers a control set up for enthusiasts.

The new HOTAS is designed to give you a plethora of options, thanks to the 15 axes and 139 programmable functions. It also contains the “world’s first” touch display and an OLED heads-up display. The touch display allows you to access a range of other controls. such as being able to turn on functions in the aircraft like the APU and anti-ice systems. You can also use the virtual scroll wheel to adjust map range.

The Flightdeck HOTAS has been built with hall-effect sensors to provide a long-lasting and durable product, that also provides high levels of accuracy. Using the on-hardware display, you can also adjust the detent response of the throttles that suit whatever you’re playing at the time. The onboard OLED HUD will also help you by displaying diagnostics and performance information, so you can view it with just a glance.

Turtle Beach has given you the choice of using either the throttle, the stick or a combo of both as they plug in separately via 2 USB cables. Other buttons and controls include a functioning gear lever, numerous hat switches, flap controls, and much more. You can customize the HOTAS to your liking by adjusting the RBG lighting.

Right now, the Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flightdeck HOTAS is available for Windows 10/11 PCs and compatible with a range of flight simulators including Microsoft Flight Simulator, DCS and X-Plane.
