After a small teaser video earlier this month, it has been confirmed that Orbx will be releasing its Kola Map for DCS on May 3rd 2024.
As detailed in a tweet from Eagle Dynamics, the map will allow you to explore the Kola Peninsula region in Northern Europe. You will be able to discover dramatic fjords, a stunning number of lakes, and plenty of mountainous terrain.
The map will cover Norway, Sweden, Finland, Murmansk Oblast, parts of Karelia, and the Barents Sea and Norwegian Sea to the north and west. In total, the map will span 550,000 square kilometers and feature detailed replicas of numerous airbases and other points of interest.
A few new screenshots were also shared in the announcement post.
