Burning Blue Designs has released Old Warden Aerodrome (EGTH), a historic airfield located in Bedfordshire, England. The airports history dates back to 1932, and nowadays hosts the Shuttleworth Collection, a collection of vintage aircraft, cars and motorcycles.
Burning Blue Design’s rendition of Old Warden Aerodrome comes packed with details, much like we’re used to from them. The airfield features hundreds of custom modelled objects and detailed airport buildings, complete with interiors. The hangar doors are animated and once open reveal a full interior as well. Last but not least, the airport includes static aircraft from the Shuttleworth Collection, such as a Supermarine Spitfire, Hawker Hurricane, Sopwith Camel and the world’s oldest airworthy aircraft, a Blériot XI, among others.
Burning Blue Design’s Old Warden Aerodrome is available for £14.95 through their own website.
