Following hot on the heels of MK-Studios, BMWorld & AmSim have also released their version of Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. As we wrote on the previous release, Montréal-Trudeau Intl. Airport (CYUL) serves the city of Montréal in Canada, and is visited by a wide variety of airlines with destinations all over the world. The airport is also a hub for Canadian flag carrier Air Canada, as well as Air Transat and OWG.
The release of BMWorld & AmSim’s scenery follows hot on the heals of MK-Studios’ release of the same airport. FlyTampa, who was also working on a rendition of the same airport, has stated they will not continue the development of their Montréal scenery, stating that the scene for this airport “got a little too crowded”. FSimStudios, another well known developer for Canadian sceneries, is also working on a rendition of Montréal Airport.
BMWorld & AmSim’s scenery features a detailed terminal area, with custom ground markings and ground clutter, aiming to enhance the immersion at the airport. In the previews we can see vehicles such as baggage tractors and carts, catering trucks, pushback vehicles and more. The terminal building itself features parallax windows and animated jetways. The team has used high-resolution ground textures that include wear and tear details. The scenery is also fully compatible with FSLTL, with the developers having gone out of their way to ensure all gates have accurate airline codes assigned.
BMWorld & AmSim’s Montréal-Trudeau International Airport is available for $28.50 AUD from Orbx Direct.
