AzurPoly released another plane to their growing line-up for MSFS. The latest addition is the OV-10 Bronco, a US developed light attack and observation aircraft. It has a recognisable design with its twin boom design. The Bronco was introduced in 1969 and was used by several US military branches until the plane was retired in 1995. It remains in limited service with the Philippine Air Force.
The OV-10 Bronco is a remarkable plane with remarkable capabilities, and all of those have been accurately and faithfully recreated by AzurPoly. The plane features detailed modelling with high quality textures. The team has recreated bot the OV-10A and OV-10B exterior models of the aircraft, both with their own differences, while the interior is that of the OV-10B Bronco. The flight model has been recreated with the help of former OV-10 pilots.
The team has also recreated and included a lot of custom systems for their OV-10 Bronco. The aircraft comes with accurate Garrett TPE331 engines, a fuel system replication and functional electrical circuits. Also included is an EFB, allowing you to manage your aircraft settings, as well as a GNS 430 and GTN 650 (both TDS Sim and PMS50). The plane also features details such as dynamic tyre deformation depending on multiple factors, a fuel tank that can be jettisoned, and animated covers and antennas that animate depending on the wind. The aircraft also features machine gun effects, although these need to be enabled via a tool available from AzurPoly’s website if you purchase the aircraft through the MSFS Marketplace.
