TropicalSim Releases V.C. Bird Intl’ Airport V2 for MSFS

TropicalSim has released V.C. Bird International Airport v2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

V.C. Bird International Airport (TAPA) is located on the island of Antigua in the Caribbean. It sees plenty of traffic to nearby local islands, routes to the United States, and even the UK thanks to visits from Virgin Atlantic and British Airways.

There’s no clear indication of what has changed between versions of the airport by the developer. However, TropicalSim says that the airport comes with a completely new terminal model with new 3D interior modeling, full dynamic night lighting, and the use of the MSFS SDK with native models for optimal performance.

You can buy TropicalSim’s V.C. Bird International Airport v2 from SIMMARKET for 16.00. There are some upgrade options available if you own previous versions of the airport.

Features

  • Highly detailed rendition of VC Bird International Airport / TAPA located on the island of Antigua
  • Completely new terminal building featuring a fully modelled 3d interior with layout according to the real terminal
  • Full night illumination
  • Native MSFS Dynamic Lighting
  • Functional animated jetway
  • Seamless integration with default MSFS scenery
  • Usage of MSFS SDK FlightSim Materials
  • Usage of MSFS SDK native gITF models
