Registration is now open! Get your tickets here!
FlightSimExpo 2024 is taking place in Las Vegas from June 21st to June 23rd 2024 and registration tickets will go on sale on December 17th 2024.
If you’re one of the first 200 FSA members to sign up, you can get the whole access to the whole three-day event for just $50 USD. Non-member pricing for Friday-Sunday access begins at $80 USD, with Weekend or Online-Only options available too.
“We anticipate the $50 FSA member registration will sell out within 24-48 hours—so be on it!” says conference co-founder Evan Reiter. “For those who can, we encourage you to plan travel now. Our discounted room rate at the Tropicana is more than 60% sold out and prices may increase when the block fills.”
FlightSimExpo 2024 will kick off on Friday 21st June 2024 with a series of product announcements and seminars. Then, over the weekend, in-person attendees will have access to a 40,000-square-foot exhibit hall featuring the latest in-home flight simulation technology. Developer roundtables and educational seminars will take place throughout the weekend. As in previous years, simmers will be able to watch portions of FlightSimExpo from anywhere with the event’s Online-Only registration.
Set your reminders for December 17th when registration opens and be sure you sign up sooner than later. Last year, the event sold out, with thousands of simmers checking out the latest announcements for the future of flight simulation.
With big-named releases happening in 2024, this could be the biggest FlightSimExpo yet and you certainly don’t want to miss out.
Discount Travel and Hotels
As mentioned, the hotel is already more than 60% sold out, so you really need to jump in now to secure your rooms. Luckily, the FlightSimExpo team has secured great rates for those wanting to stay at the venue hotel, the Tropicana. Room rates start at just $75 for Thursday/Sunday nights, and $155 for Friday/Saturday nights. This includes access to the fitness centre, free wifi, bottled water, and free on-site car parking.
If you’re looking to fly to Las Vegas, then the team has also secured discounts with a number of airlines. With United or Delta, you can save between 2-10% on your airfare, and with Southwest, you can earn 15% more Bonus Rapid Rewards and also save up to 5% on your ticket. There is also car hire discounts which can see you save up to $100.
Beyond the Flight Simulation Show
Flight Simulation-related announcements, seminars and demos aren’t the only thing these shows are for. There are also plenty of opportunities to interact with the community, take part in social events, explore Las Vegas’ huge entertainment offerings and so much more.
“Interested in touring nearby air traffic control facilities? Want to go plane-spotting at Las Vegas Airport? Looking for a fun evening out on The Strip? Stay tuned for more information on such activities…and feel free to bring your friends and family so they can meet other attendees.” More detailed on these activities will be shared soon.
Again, only those who attend FlightSimExpo 2024 with a ticket can take part.
We will be sure to let you know once registration goes live.
