Speakers, Activities, and Announcement Seminars Confirmed for FlightSimExpo 2024

FlightSimExpo 2024 is just a matter of months away, meaning more and more of the event is being revealed. We saw last month that so far more than 60 partners are confirmed for the show, and now, we know most of the speakers and which companies are doing announcement seminars during the weekend.

Announcement Seminars

A large number of companies are all confirmed to be giving announcement seminars on Friday 21st June 2024.

The list so far includes:

  • BlueBird Simulations
  • FliteSim.com
  • Nimbus Simulation Solutions
  • SayIntentions.AI
  • WinWing
  • SimFly.io
  • Navigraph
  • SimWorks Studios
  • Combat Pilot
  • Maxflightstick
  • Tobii AB
  • SoFly
  • X-Plane

Seminars Across the Weekend

Not only will there be a large number of product announcements at the weekend, there will also be plenty of speakers providing insight into a number of topics. This ranges from real-world aviation talks to being able to build your own hardware and develop your very own flight sim software.

The seminars are split into two main areas: in Rio Las Vegas’ Brasilia Room and on the FSElite Stage, located in the exhibit hall.

“There’s absolutely something for everyone in our 2024 seminar schedule,” says organizer Evan Reiter. “Whether you’re new to flight sim or you’re a seasoned veteran looking for the next big release, you’ll find plenty to see and do at this year’s show.”

There are still a couple of session pending time slots throughout the weekend, so we will be curious to see exactly who fills them and what content they will provide.

You can see the full schedule here.

Activities

Following on from the success of activities from Houston last year, there are a range of community-driven events happening this time in Las Vegas. This includes a LAS TRACON and Tower Tour, supercar rentals in Las Vegas, Penn & Teller Group tickets and even the much-loved VR Experience Center. These activities are limited in numbers so you will need to book fast once registration opens on April 14th.

Getting Your FlightSimExpo 2024 Tickets

You still have plenty of time to get your tickets and book your discounted hotel rooms. Tickets to the whole weekend are $90, and this includes Friday’s product announcement sessions. Hurry though as tickets increase to $100 on May 1st 2024.
