BMWorld & AmSim Release Colorado Springs Airport for MSFS

Only a short while since their last release, BEAUTIFUL MODEL of the WORLD and AmSim have released Colorado Springs Airport (KCOS) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Colorado Springs Airport, also known as the City of Colorado Springs Municipal Airport, is a public airport located 6 miles southeast of downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. It is the second-largest airport in the state of Colorado after Denver International Airport and serves as a major gateway to the Pikes Peak region and the southern Rocky Mountains. Colorado Springs also shares its airfield with the Peterson Space Force Base, which is located on the north side of the airport.

At present Colorado Springs has around 16 destinations across the United States with the longest route to and from Colorado being Atlanta, at 734 miles non-stop operated by a Delta Airlines Boeing 737-800.

BMWorld and AmSim’s rendition includes detailed terminals and surrounding buildings, terminal interiors, high-resolution texturing, custom jetways, parallax windows, custom night lighting, and airline parking codes for every gate and is fully compatible with AI traffic add-ons such as FSLTL.

You can purchase Colorado Springs Airport (KCOS) for Microsoft Flight Simulator from Orbx Direct for $25.00 AUD (approximately US$16.74 | €15,36 | £13.16).
