Back in June, we introduced a new company that was delivering airliner packs to a more casual audience. The company was using their schedule data to create packs that would allow newcomers to easily set up flights from a range of airliners and recreate some of the most popular routes.
VA Schedules has been busy since the release of their original packs in June. Now, the team has released new packs including a new British Airways A320 pack, two easyJet volumes, and also an American Airlines schedule pack. All these packs replicate hundreds of real-world routes, making it easy to discover new destinations.
This is a product set clearly designed for the more casual audience and may not resonate with every flight simmer out there. However, when we spoke to the team at VA Schedules during FlightSimExpo 2023, they said that they have more products to come in the future which will appeal to the more hardcore flight simmer. VA Schedules as a company has a database of over 500 airlines, generating over 8 million schedules in their database. They are looking to see how they can bring this data to customers in various methods.
