Pyreegue Dev Co has taken to the Orbx forums to announce its 2022 roadmap. Whilst the roadmap will likely be expanded on in the future, Pyreegue has a big focus on the UK with upcoming releases for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Following the success of Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports for the sim, the team will be back in the UK with new airports in 2022.
There are two lists currently in the roadmap post. One list is for those airports in development or in the queue for work to be done. The other is a suggestions list that may change in the future.
On the Development Roadmap list, both Aldergrove/Belfast International Airport (EGAA) and Aberdeen International Airport and Aberdeen Airport (EGPD) are in development. A few teaser images were shared in the forums.
As for the list that has the hypothetical airports listed, currently, Inverness Airport (EGPE) sits atop the list as the only airport that could be developed.
We’ll be keeping a close eye on development and be sure to report back when there’s progress on any of these new airports coming from Pyreegue Dev Co in 2022.
