Serving the capital city of Switzerland is Bern Airport, or ‘Regional Aerodrome Bern-Belp‘ (LSZB) as it is officially called. It’s also the destination of Orbx’s latest release. The airport only serves a number of regional airlines with mostly holiday destinations. It’s also a base for the air transport service of the Swiss Air Force, as well as a base for the Rega air rescue organisation, who operates their Eurocopter from there.
Orbx has faithfully recreated the regional airport with detailed modelling and high resolution textures featuring PBR. The scenery also includes static objects, as well as custom ortho and mesh. The airport has been created by Massimiliano, who is new to the Orbx team. Massimiliano was previously a developer for FSDreamTeam.
