Alongside World Update 14 which was released earlier this week, Microsoft also released Local Legend 11: Aero Vodochody Ae-45 and Ae-145 for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
The Aero Vodochody Ae-45 is a Czechoslovakian twin-engine utility aircraft that was produced in the 1940s. It was designed and built by Aero Vodochody, which is a renowned aerospace company in the Czech Republic. “The Ae-45 is a no-nonsense, utilitarian airplane that has been charming aviators for decades with its reliability, power, and overall performance. Pilots can take flight in the craft for a wide variety of purposes, from practicing basic maneuvers to embarking on trans-oceanic or multi-continental journeys.”
The Ae-145 is a twin-engine, low-wing utility aircraft developed and manufactured by Aero Vodochody of Czechoslovakia. A total of 162 Ae-145s were built between 1959 and 1963.
The aircraft was developed by Aeroplane Heaven and is designed to the highest standards. The team at Aeroplane Heaven has included detailed texturing, modelling and an impressive sound set that replicates the real thing. Furthermore, the team spent time learning the original aircraft manufacture’s local langauge in order to create the aircraft to a high standard.
