Imaginesim brings Singapore Changi Airport (WSSS) to MSFS with their latest release. Singapore Changi Airport is a major international hub that’s easily recognisable by its distinctive glass dome, the Jewel Changi, housing an indoor waterfall and forrest, as well as restaurants and shops.
It’s been several years since Imaginesim brought Singapore to life in FSX and Prepar3D, and since then the airport has gone through a lot of changes that the team has diligently incorporated into the scenery. These include the newly opened 02C/20C and 02R/20L runways as well as the taxiways connecting them to the terminal. The team has also modelled the Terminal 5 construction area, where a future expansion to the airport is being built.
The scenery also features high definition modelling and textures, interactive jetways and a custom VDGS. A full list of all the features can be found at the end of this post. The team emphasises how the airport has been developed with performance in mind, and the feature list even mentions performance multiple times.
