Scenery developer FSDG has released Bangalore Airport (VOBL) for Microsoft Flight Simulator under their ‘LITE’ banner.
Bangalore Airport, officially known as Kempegowda International Airport, first opened in 2008 and quickly became the third busiest airport in India. It serves as a hub for IndiaGo, Alliance Air and AIX Connect. It also serves as a massive cargo hub for the likes of DHL and FedEx.
Although it is being dubbed a ‘LITE’ release, it still comes with a number of features such as a current ground layout, the latest terminal buildings, and elements such as detailed ground markings and dynamic lighting.
If you’re not familiar with their LITE series of products, these products are underrepresented airports that are still detailed, but with limited content compared to FSDG’s other add-ons. FSDG says, “they do not include scenery content outside the airport area so they’re compatible with any addon of your choice like GSX or AI traffic addons.”
