FlyTampa has released its anticipated Toronto International Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The new release comes just a day after FlyTampa shared a range of previews on their social feeds saying that the airport was due to come out in a ‘day or two.’
Toronto Pearson International Airport (CYYZ) is one of the biggest in Canada with over 50 million passengers passing each year. Each of the 5 runways at the airport measures at least 9,000ft in length, offering the ability for aircraft of all sizes to regularly visit the numerous terminal buildings around the airport. Toronto serves as a hub for the likes of WestJet, Air Canada, Swoop and others, whilst also offering a big cargo operation for the likes of FedEx.
FlyTampa’s feature list is a little lacking, but we do know that the product comes with interior modelling for the terminal building, along with PBR textures and dynamic lighting. Furthermore, there is 3D terrain for the tunnels and bridges. It’s also worth noting that the airport has been built based on the latest ground layout at Toronto Airport.
FlyTampa’s release of Toronto International Airport comes in the same week as Reg Designs also released the same airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
