Flysimware’s Cessna 414AW Chancellor Now Available for MSFS for an Introductory Price

After a lengthy wait, Flysimware’s Cessna 414AW Chancellor is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This twin-engine aircraft built by Cessna can sit up to 8 passengers in its pressurized cabin as it travels up to 1520 nm. The Cessna 414AW Chancellor can reach speeds of up to 270mph and reach a maximum altitude of 30,800ft.

Flysimware has gone all-out to create a realistic rendition of the aircraft, using access to a real-world aircraft to help develop the plane. Included is a fully 3D environment, with detailed 4K texturing for the entire aircraft. Various panels are included, allowing you to use the Garmin GTX327, GNS530 the GTN750Xi and also a full custom autopilot.

For more immersion, Flysimware has also included realistic-looking windshield rain effects, exterior icing effects and various parking equipment such as tie-downs, engine plugs, pitot tube covers and also a GPU. As you do your walk around, you will have a checklist to complete and the custom camera views will help you identify each part of it.

Not stopping short of trying to create an authentic aircraft, 70 sounds included were recorded from the actual aircraft, whilst the 100 dynamic lights will create a lifelike atmosphere. Sound effects will change the volume of the sounds, too.

To celebrate the release, Flysimware has released the Cessna 414AW Chancellor for an introductory price of $39.99 USD. There is no indication of how long the price will stay this way, nor what it will eventually change to. If you fancy picking up the Flysimware Cessna 414AW Chancellor, you can do so from the Flysimware website.
