After releasing Paine Field a couple of months ago, Drzewiecki Design is back with another Seattle-area airport with the release of Boeing Field for MSFS.
King County International Airport, affectionally known as Boeing Field (KBFI/BFI), is located five miles south of downtown Seattle and is where Boeing conducts final delivery preparations for its Boeing 737 production. Boeing Field served as Seattle’s primary airport from 1928-1944, after which is when the neighboring and much larger Seattle-Tacoma International Airport took over as the primary airport. In addition to Boeing’s facilities, Boeing Field is home to an extensive general aviation operation, the beloved Museum of Flight, and various cargo airlines like Ameriflight and UPS. Even the upcoming Boeing 777X frequently visits Boeing Field for test flights.

Drzewiecki Design’s rendition of Boeing Field is a highly detailed scenery designed to integrate effortlessly with the developer’s Seattle city, Renton Airport, and Paine Field sceneries. Between the high-quality static aircraft, interior modeling of airport buildings and hangers, and the custom sounds and animations, the accuracy and detail of Drzewiecki Design’s Boeing Field scenery make it a must-have for those looking to immerse themselves in Seattle’s bustling airspace.
You can now purchase Drzewiecki Design’s Boeing Field scenery from Contrail for $14.47. In addition to being available in Drzewiecki Design’s partner stores, Boeing Field will be available in the MSFS Marketplace shortly.
