Carenado’s C182RG II is Almost Ready to Release

Aircraft developer Carenado has taken to Facebook to share some new previews for their C1§82RG II for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The developer said that the plane is very close to being released.

The Cessna C182RG II is a single-engine aircraft designed to deliver performance and adaptability. Building upon the renowned Cessna 182 model line, this variant features a retractable landing gear system, enhancing its aerodynamic capabilities. The C182RG II achieves a cruising speed of approximately 140 knots, a maximum speed of around 170 knots, and a range of approximately 900 nautical miles.

Carenado did not disclose any specific features, but we can see that the aircraft product has detailed exterior and interior modelling, plenty of detailed texturing, and also the ability to apply ground covers and other protective equipment when the plane is on the ground.

As Carenado has really only released its aircraft directly via the in-sim Marketplace, it’s likely this will be the same case. With them confirming that a release it’s soon, it could very well be a part of this week’s third-party releases. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and let you know.
