One of VATSIM’s popular and well-attended annual events has been announced on its forum for Saturday 2nd December 2023.

Cross the Land: Americas invites virtual pilots to conduct a long-haul crossing from one of 4 airports in North America to one of 4 destinations in Latin America.

City Pairs

This year’s departing cities are Calgary International Airport (CYYC) and Toronto International Airport (CYYZ) in Canada, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (KDFW) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (KPHX) in the United States.

The arrival cities are Brasilia International Airport (SBBR) in Brazil, Bogota/El Dorado International Airport (SKBO) In Colombia, Jorge Chávez International Airport (SPJC) in Peru and Tocumen International Airport (MPTO) In Panama.

Slots

Bookings will be available from November 26th, 2023 at 0000z, to November 30th, 2023 at 2359z. Booking confirmations must be completed by November 30th, 2023 at 1600z, or your slot will be released.
