UK2000 Scenery has announced that Cardiff 2021HD will be coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator soon. Having just entered beta, the team felt now was a good time to announce and share progress on the airport product.
Serving as the main airport in Wales, Cardiff Airport (EGFF) serves a number of airlines to multiple destinations across Europe. TUI Airways, Wizz Air and Vueling offer multiple routes to Spain, Turkey, Portugal and more. In addition, Cardiff Airport is instrumental to British Airways’ maintenance program. The hangar is one of the largest know the world and performs maintenance on many of BA’s wide-body fleet.
No feature list was shared at this stage. Should this change between now and release, we’ll be sure to let you know.
Something that is interesting to note is that UK2000 Scenery has confirmed they will now only develop for Microsoft Flight Simulator. In response to a user asking if scenery will be compatible with FS2004, UK2000 Scenery responded by saying “sadly, we now only develop for MSFS.”
