The team at Shrike Simulations has shared exclusively with FSElite the newest trailer for their upcoming F-86 Sabre. The trailer gives us a look at some of the features to come with the bird and also reveals the release date for the aircraft.
The latest trailer for the plane showcased the aircraft’s internal and external modelling, along with its highly detailed texture work. Those who do buy the plane will be able to access plenty of customisation options, including a variety of liveries and pilots, along with adding a range of weapon sets to your aircraft. Speaking of weapons, you will have a visual weapon system. So shots will appear to fire (without actual destruction) and it’s worth noting that the missiles don’t fire.
Finally, it has been confirmed that the Shike Simulations F-86 Sabre will be released on March 30th 2024 for the price of $19.95 USD. It will come to the in-sim Marketplace for Xbox and PC users afterwards (without the weapons).
In the meantime, watch the trailer above to get an idea of what to expect when the F-86 Sabre launches later this month.
If you don’t know, Shrike Simulations is the sister branch of Blackbird Simulations. The teams work at both companies, but Shrike’s purpose is to create aircraft to a wider audience. This doesn’t mean a compromise on quality but is focused on ease of use and affordability. You can read more about Shrike Simulations on their site.
