Newcomer to the add-on market, developer IronSim has released their first scenery: Vadso Airport (ENVD). This airport serves the city of Vadsø, located in Northern Norway. Though the airport itself is quite small, and is only served by one operator (Widerøe), it still has a relatively large number of destinations. Most of these are also located in Northern Norway.
The scenery comes with a number of features which can be found at the end of this post. Some notable features of this airport are seasonal photorealistic textures, as well as a snow overlay during winter. Especially the latter is something that can’t be missing from an airport that is covered in snow the biggest part of the year. The scenery has been released for Prepar3D v4, with an FSX version soon to follow. It is available on SimMarket for €11,99.
Update: The FSX version of Vadso Airport has been released, and is available for €10,99 on SimMarket. A special price (€5,-) applies for people that have the P3Dv4 version, but want to purchase this FSX version too.
