Leonardo Softhouse has issued a brief statement on their forums surrounding what is to come for the Fly the Maddog X aircraft series. First, the time wanted to let the community know that they are now on vacation, so there may be some delays in responding to requests for help or support tickets.
The team then went onto say that they have almost finished their next release. The new release will include a range of brand new features including the use of a different navigation system, the CMS-900/PMS, as well as fine-tuning to the engine response, navigation tracking and also GSX Level 2 integration. This new update is in beta testing, with an open-beta plan starting around Mid-September.
What was also mentioned is that the team will be dropping the non-PBR model option going forward. Compatibility with version 4.4 will be kept for those who are having some issues with Prepar3D V4.5 and the hotfix.
To accompany the forum post, a few new screenshots of the product in action were shared. You can read the full forum post here.
