At FlightSimExpo 2023, a new air traffic control system was announced for Microsoft Flight Simulator. BeyondATC plans on completely overhauling the default Microsoft Flight Simulator system with their own custom solution.
Using the latest in AI technology, the team will have over 100 generated voices to help provide realistic FAA and ICAO phraseology to pilots in the sim. The plan is to incorporate SimBrief integration, IFR and VFR support, and also the ability to add airline gates, SOPs, runway selections much more with community-sourced data.
BeyondATC plans on also being able to support AI traffic models from FSLTL and FS Traffic.
The voices are generated online, hence an online connection will be required, and will be compatible with both Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
