Predominantly a scenery developer for X-Plane, Aviotek Simulation Software, well known for their renditions of Dubai International and Skiathos, teased on their Facebook page that their next project will be an aircraft.
The preview leaves a lot of us guessing but there are some details that can be drawn out from the screenshot. The aircraft appears to be within the General Aviation category with a conventional tailplane and a rather long radio antenna emanating vertically at 45 degrees from the fuselage which could indicate the manufacturer.
There have been some valid guesses in the comments over on the post, one that could have possibly hit the nail on the head, along with some not so close guesses such as a new MD-11. One thing is for certain, the new aircraft is not produced by Cirrus states Aviotek.
It would be fair to assume that the aircraft is being designed for at least an X-Plane release but it is unclear whether it would be available on a cross-platform basis.
