Scenery developer Vatil Development Group, posted a progress update for their rendition of Ilan and Asaf Ramon Airport in Eilat, Israel on Facebook. Ilan and Asaf Ramon Airport is located in southern Israel with mostly seasonal service to Europe on carriers on like Ryanair, Lufthansa, and Transavia. Having only opened in January of 2019, the airport serves as a replacement for the former Eilat Airport and Ovda Airport.
The airport will include PBR textures and Ultra High Definition Photoreal ground textures for both the airport and surrounding areas. Custom autogen buildings can be found both on the airport and in the surrounding city as well. Dynamic lighting will also be included for an amazing night experience when parked at the terminal. The project is still a work in progress and many more features will be announced at a later date. No release date was given but stay tuned to FSElite for more updates on Ilan and Asaf Ramon Airport!
