Update 17 April 2018 @ 19:52z: Two more previews of O’Hare were posted on FSDreamTeam’s Facebook page. These shots showcase the 3D airport terrain included and it was also noted that the scenery will be complete with all seasons, including snow.

It’s been a little over a month since we saw the latest previews of FSDreamTeam’s upcoming KORD Chicago O’Hare v2, and today we have more to feast our eyes on courtesy of a post on FSDT’s Facebook page!

In addition to these previews, a few bits of information were spotted in the comments. First is that O’Hare v2 is a full rebuild from scratch over their previous version, but a discount will be provided to the users of current versions. Secondly, the scenery will mirror O’Hare as it stands at the time of release, which is good news as O’Hare is a constantly evolving airport in the real world with many changes and additions taking place this year alone.

That was all of it for now, but we can’t wait to see more previews and hopefully a release timeframe sometime in the months to come!

Pretty good of them to offer upgrade pricing to v1 customers even though v2 is an all-new version.

Anti virus causes Coutel crashes. Whilst nothing else better on the market, follow the work arounds, not hard. Love an up to date Chicago is coming with textures. Thank you FSDT.

no. my sim has never been more stable after not installing FSDT products again. I consider it money wasted and lesson learned.

I don’t need to use a work around for garbage DRM that shouldn’t be there in the first place.

if you have any problems make sure to download the addon manager latest version from our site, and not the one that it autoupdates itself to or the one included with our products

nope. FSDT needs to cut that cuatl garbage out. even flightbeam dumped them and qualitywings too!

I suppose its a jab at umberto to move on from his flawed DRM (like that’s ever going to happen but we can dream, just like the FSDREAMteam we can DREAM)

Also a summary of every post on their forums over the past 10 years 🙂

Tho I know style of your posts, this time I have just one question:

What is your message? No kappa here, I understand nothing from all four messages your wrote here today.

the addon manager has to be present for our software to work, even if it isn’t the same as cuatl. the two work together and run outside your sim. they never crash, even if your computer and software crashed with cuatl and/or addon manager errors. those errors are caused by other products and your computer falsely triggers cuatl as the module. after extensive testing and years upon years of thousands of reports of issues with our DRM real time scenery injection, we have concluded it is never at fault. even if you have to install it 10 times to get it to work, turn off your anti virus, and keep it installed and running in the background at any time you have your sim running even if you aren’t using and of our products for your flight today.

cuatl isn’t a parasite that drains system resources, collects data and causes FSX/P3D to crash randomly because it forces things in the sim that the sim was never supposed to do.

cuatl is not DRM. even though it injects scenery post game loading after verifying integrity of purchased software, the real use of cuatl is to take all functions out of the sim so we can give you amazing performance in our sceneries, even if they all perform worse than flytampa which doesn’t use anything like that! remember, cuatl isn’t DRM, its enhancement of features! also used by the fine folks at FSL! who use it not for DRM but to enhance your simming experience. Cuatl works best with test.exe

Looks great, except that it doesn’t. O’Hare’s terminals and tower are as ugly as hell!

Excellent and accurate recreation by FSDT though.
