In a post on their Facebook page, developer FSimStudios has posted an update outlining their continued work on Cancun International Airport for P3Dv4

At the moment they are completing the last couple of items that need to be done on the scenery before release, such as ground polygons, placing objects around the airport and SODE jetways. Included with the airport are over 100 buildings including the fully modeled hotel area but the developer stated that the textures still do need to be placed on most of the objects.

There has been no release date provided so far by the team, but they hope to have it completed by Q1 of 2019.

Nick has spent the last decade simming in Seattle, where he lives with his family. He created the YouTube channel Flyboy31 to show off his mad love for flight simulation. When he’s not flying a sim, or posting about flying a sim or planning the next flight he’s going to sim, Nick can often be found glued to his YouTube app watching other people fly a sim…or posting about flying a sim. Nick’s passion for flight extends beyond the screen, however. He is currently working towards earning his own pilot’s license because it’s always sunny at 36,000 feet. | View My Specs
