We usually wouldn’t just post a singular screenshot, but this view made me pick my jaw off the floor so figured it would make for a good Sunday evening post. It’s no secret that FlyTampa are developing Las Vegas’ McCarran Airport and the strip itself. We’ve seen multiple previews before, but this is the first glimpse of just how jam-packed this scenery will be.

In the shot above, you can see just the multiple array of hotels, casinos, clubs and skyscrapers that make up the skyline of Vegas. I honestly cannot believe the level of detail in the shots and cannot wait to see what FlyTampa produce with this scenery.

Here’s a few more preview shots previously released just to whet your appetite further.

We aren’t sure on release date, but when we get more information, we’ll let you know! Stay tuned to their Facebook.

What FT airports do people have problems with? I have a few of their city+airport combos, Dubai, Kai Tak and Corfu and they are all amongst the best performing mega airports in my collection. Also, all their airports were updated to P3Dv4 native a while ago, of course they’d be using the native tools.

Not sure where you’re getting this information from. None of the airports have been made P3DV4 native. They have been made compatible with Prepar3d v4, but that’s it. There is nothing native about any of their airports.

lets make another massive scenery package that nobody can run above 20fps! then lets load up the entire area! who the hell can run this flytampa shit?

I mean what would you like, the scenery to not work in v4 and to wait months on end *cough* Aerosoft or to have it straight away and yes it’s not compiled using v4 SDK but at least we have it. If your having bad FPS then open up the config tool and untick some options.

I have to agree with B737 here, I have an OC’d 7700k @5Ghz with a GTX 1080 and FlyTampa airports are still very heavy on the frames on my system. I hope FlyTampa has embraced P3Dv4 native tools so that performance is acceptable.

I have had no problems with any flytampa airports. Sounds like someone needs a new computer

I’ve never had any problems with there scenery and my system is not a super one for sure, maybe try not having all the sliders to the right.
