Flightbeam Auckland Continues Progress

Flightbeam Auckland P3d 1

Whilst we have waited for Flightbeam’s Auckland Airport (NZAA) for quite some time, it would appear that the wait may be coming to an end. In a new development post by the development team, Flightbeam confirmed that most of the airside elements of the airport are now “final.”

In the May development post, the team said that progress is coming along “quickly” at this point for the Prepar3D version of the airport. Considering it was announced a very long time ago, hearing that progress is coming along is certainly reassuring words. Furthermore, they also reminded people that once we start to see previews of the airport at night, it means that we’re “really close” to the airport being released. While we wait, we can enjoy some new previews of the airport in P3D.

We are counting down the nights until the airport is firmly in our Prepar3D installations. Who’s looking forward to flying to Auckland when it finally is released?

Thanks to Seth for the tip.

I have been an avid fan of Flight Sim since the release of ‘2000 and have developed my love for aviation ever since. I have the knowledge and experience to really deliver an excellent aviation community. Although no real life flying experience, I have a good understanding and always learning more and more.
