Sierrasim Simulations Releases Palonegro International Airport for MSFS

Scenery developer Sierrasim Simulations has released their next airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. As the eighth largest airport in Colombia for passenger numbers, Palonegro International Airport (SKBG) sees airlines such as LATAM, Spirit, and SATENA visit on a routine basis. The airport serves a handful of destinations such as Bogota, Cali, Fort Lauderdale and Cucuta from its single 7,100ft runway.

The feature list from Sierrasim Simulations is light on details, but does inform us that the airport product features PBR texturing, numerous airport objects and photo-real ground textures based off of aerial imagery. The airport also features a sloped runway and realistic night lighting with a focus on performance for users of Microsoft Flight Simulator.

You can buy Sierrasim Simulations Palonegro International Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator from simMarket for €12.00 (exclusive of tax). If you own the FSX or Prepar3D version, you can upgrade for €10.00 through simMarket.

I have been an avid fan of Flight Sim since the release of ‘2000 and have developed my love for aviation ever since. I have the knowledge and experience to really deliver an excellent aviation community. Although no real life flying experience, I have a good understanding and always learning more and more.
