Orbx LOWI Innsbruck X-Plane 11 Now Available

Orbx LOWI Innsbruck for X-Plane 11 is now available to purchase and download. Building on from the successful release of Orbx LOWI Innsbruck on P3D/FSX, the X-Plane edition comes with a wealth of new features, details and more.

The most significant feature is the fact that Innsbruck features a True-Earth style mini-region within the product. Over 8,200km squared of photoreal scenery has been included, with over 160 points of interest to go and explore. Furthermore, there is also 10m DEM mesh to make the Alps look as realistic as possible. In addition, major bridges, freeway overpasses and other elements have been recreated. As you approach the airport itself, you will fly over a mini CityScene of hundreds of custom buildings all purposefully built to help you fly those visual approaches with accurate precision.

As for the airport itself, as with the P3D/FSX version, it comes with a range of custom objects, detailed ground texture work and other little goodies tucked away such as animated characters and ground service equipment. There is also custom night lighting and 30cm ground texturing surrounding the airport for maximum detail.

You can buy it now from Orbx for $39.95 AUD. As previously announced, from the time of writing for the next two weeks, there will be a 40% discount available for those who own the P3D/FSX version looking to buy the X-Plane 11 edition.
