FSDreamTeam have today revealed it’s upcoming plans for their scenery development roadmap. Revealed on FSDreamTeam’s forums, the team revealed that they will be completely remaking KORD from scratch, and once they’ve finished that, Las Vegas will get the same treatment.
“Yes, we confirmed in other threads, we decided the next major update will be a COMPLETE remake of KORD, from the ground up, to bring it to the very latest status of graphic and features, like KMEM. Next after KORD will be a KLAS remake.”
Of course, this left others wondering ‘what next?’
“At the same time, the next releases will be KCLT (Charlotte Douglas, the 8th busiest airport in the USA, ahead of KLAS, KIAH, KSEA and KMCO), and KSDF ( Louisville ), which will pair very well with KMEM, being the home of UPS. Those two are being made by two new, and separate teams, so their development, which has already being going on for almost a year, won’t affect the KORD remake.”
Considering how popular KMEM was after its release, thanks to its additional features, we’re pretty excited by this too!
