FlightSimExpo Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration Now Open

FlightSimExpo 2021 is due to take place September 24-26 2021 at Town and Country Resort, San Diego. Attendee registration is already open for both the in-person and online shows, but now developers and sponsors keen to get involved with the action can now register for a booth at the show. The in-person show will enable exhibitors to reach out to attendees to showcase new and upcoming products as well as engage with the community on a personal level.

“Following the success of recent in-person events like Sun ‘n Fun and MRO Americas 2021, we’re excited to be bringing an in-person FlightSimExpo back in 2021,” says Evan Reiter, co-founder of the conference. “I’m really looking forward to grabbing a drink and re-connecting with people I haven’t seen for over a year.”

The team are aware of the challenges faced by both exhibitors and attendees in attending a show in the current pandemic, but they are offering maximum flexibility and transparency to help people plan for any scenario. If you’re a developer looking to show your new products, booths start from just $500 and this includes a table, chairs, electricity and internet. Various sponsorship opportunities are also available, which include hosting a coffee morning, social event or even hand-sanitiser stations. There’s plenty of ways to get your brand and product out to the community through the show.

For those looking to attend, once the initial list of exhibitors is confirmed, FlightSimExpo will share the first round of exhibitors who will be there at the show in person.

“Once the initial list of sponsors and exhibitors is confirmed, we’ll be publishing regular updates on our website so the community has complete transparency regarding who is attending this year’s event in person,” says organizer Phil Coyle. “And, as always, if you have questions about the event or you want to get involved, send us an email!”

If you are looking to attend and want to see a specific developer at the show, it’s worth letting them know. We know from past conversations with the FlightSimExpo team that developers respond well to when their fans want them at these shows. Be vocal and let them know you’re keen on seeing them in San Diego this September, either online or in person.

Whilst the pandemic is still very much with us, California is on track to open this coming June. This will hopefully mean that shows such as FlightSimExpo can operate safely and with decent visitor numbers. Whilst we don’t have information on who will be exhibiting, we are looking to be there in person covering the event for those who choose or wish to not attend.

Stay tuned to FSElite to learn more about FlightSimExpo 2021 as we get nearer the event.
