CentralSim Releases Panamá Pacífico International Airport for MSFS

A year after the release of Panamá Pacífico International Airport (IATABLBICAOMPPA) for P3D and FSX, their first big airport, developer CentralSim has released this airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

VivaColombia was the first airline that began operations at Panamá Pacífico International Airport when commercial services started after closing the United States Howard Air Base, located within the Panama Canal Zone in 2014. Many DEA operations where coordinated from this base. Now, technology companies like Dell house their call centres here. Typically, the airport receives narrow-body aircraft like Airbus A320 and Boeing B737. Viva Colombia Airlines protested against the high operation taxes at the airport and ceased its activities in May 2018, after low-cost Wingo Airlines (owned by Copa Airlines) started operations there in 2017. The airfield has one runway (18/36) of 8,500 feet (2.600 meters), elevated 52 feet AMSL, and serviced 250,000 passengers in 2018.

CentralSim Panamá Pacífico International Airport for MSFS is available on SimMarket for €12,50. If you previously bought this airport for FSX or P3D at SimMarket though, and you’re logged in with the account of purchase, you are entitled to a special upgrade price of €9,50.
