A brand new utility has been made available for Microsoft Flight Simulator to enhance default airports around the world. The new package will “instantly upgrade” all airports including the handcrafted airports in the simulator. According to the new product page on simMarket, you will get over 100 new airport textures which enhance the runway, taxiways and parking spaces.
According to the feature list, Zinertek’s Enhanced Airport Graphics for the simulator will add more realistic looking asphalt, concrete, cement and bitumen runways, along with adding more details such as cracks in the ground, dirt and other stains found at busy airports. Whilst the product will improve the visuals of airports, the developer says it is “framerate friendly.”
