On 17th, July 2026, Developer X-Codr designs, known for products like KSEZ Sedona for MSFS and XP12, released its latest project- KTEX Telluride Regional Airport V2 for X-Plane 12.
Telluride Regional Airport (IATA: TEX, ICAO: KTEX) is the highest commercial airport with scheduled passenger flights in the United States of America, sitting at 9,078ft MSL. In addition to limited passenger service to Denver, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona, Telluride also sees a host of private jet traffic.
Telluride V2 represents a “monumental leap in quality” for X-Codr, bringing the scenery up to the developer’s own modern standards. According to the developer, the airport has been reworked from the ground up with higher quality models and textures, and a brand new hand-crafted mesh that accurately captures all the unique terrain details of Telluride Regional Airport.
Thanks to numerous optimizations and new techniques, Telluride V2.0 is one of X-Codr’s most performant sceneries to date, offering performance within 20% of default scenery in benchmarks.
X-Codr Telluride V2.0 Features and Pricing
Telluride V2.0 packs an extensive feature list including:
- Brand new models throughout the airport based on on-site photographs
- New terminal expansion with detailed interior
- New Hangar 30 with opening door and an interior you can park in
- New hand crafted mesh, including the runway slope, ramp slopes, and retaining walls
- New high quality grass and shrub vegetation with seasonal variants
- New snow system with snow accumulation that varies with weather conditions
- New animated 3D people
- Animated terminal entrance/exit doors
- Animated vehicles via the Living Scenery Technology (LST) plugin
- Custom detail textures for pebble-level texture detail
Customers who already own X-Codr’s Telluride are eligible to receive the update for free!
Existing customers will also need to redownload the X-Codr Designs Library since it contains many new assets for Telluride V2.0 as well as performance optimizations. Living Scenery Technology also requires an update to V2.0 in order to see the animated people, skiers, gondolas, and to open the Hangar Door.
