Creator of X-Camera, Mark Cellis, has announced the release of X-Camera 2.4 on the X-Plane.org Forums. X-Camera is an advanced view plugin for X-Plane and can be used to create hundreds of unique views for the cockpit, external views of the aircraft, views from the airport, and many more. Many options can be edited on a per camera basis and even allows users to enjoy a very responsive TrackIR experience with head movement limits.
Version 2.4 will include many new key features, the biggest being a new user interface. Drag and drop camera and category ordering, color coded mini control panel, right click mouse wheel support, and wheel zoom disable by camera are just some of the many new features. Airport camera support has been improved and AI perspective support for the new X-Plane TCAS API has been added. Existing users of X-Camera can download the update for free here. A full change log will be included below for those who are interested. You can buy X-Camera from the X-Plane.org Store for $15.
