WINGFLEX Announces RMP COMBO CUBE and Upcoming A320 Overhead for September

WINGFLEX has continued to expand its CUBE Series of modular cockpit hardware with the launch of the RMP COMBO CUBE. Alongside this, the company has confirmed the A320 Overhead CUBE will release in September, while also unveiling new full-size hardware planned for later in 2025.

The RMP COMBO CUBE, released in July, integrates four Airbus cockpit functions into a single module: Radio Management Panel (RMP), XPD, TCAS, and ATC MSG/Autoland indicators. The 80% scale unit is compact in design but offers full functionality, making it suitable for users with limited space. WINGFLEX highlights features such as synchronised brightness with the FCU CUBE, authentic Airbus fonts, dual-colour LCD screens, and a user-friendly angled stand. Each module can be used independently or linked with others for a more immersive cockpit environment.

Next in line for the product family is the A320 Overhead CUBE, which will officially launch in September. The overhead panel will feature 64 buttons and knobs covering systems such as ADIRS, fire, fuel, and air conditioning. It also includes stepless dimmable backlighting, true-to-life button logic, and labels that disappear when powered off — closely replicating the behaviour of a real Airbus cockpit.

Looking further ahead, WINGFLEX has outlined its roadmap for the remainder of 2025. A full-size Airbus tiller is planned for Q3, followed by a brushless DC motor-powered throttle system with auto-trim functionality and authentic throttle travel later in Q4. Full-size pedestal parts are also expected, designed to further enhance realism for home cockpit setups. In addition, the company will release new combo stands to help simmers integrate multiple modules more effectively.

WINGFLEX says its aim with the CUBE Series is to make professional cockpit features more accessible to home users, allowing both experienced and new simmers to build modular setups at their own pace.
