Windsock Simulations Announces Development of Barcelona for X-Plane 11

Developer Windsock Simulations has announced that they are working now on Barcelona Airport (LEBL) for X-Plane 11. This is a conversion of the original SimWings product, which was published by Aerosoft for both FSX and Prepar3D a while back.

On Facebook, the team said “here are a few work in progress shots, [but] there is a lot of work to do yet […].” They then continued by adding “so it’s going to be a while, but we wanted to confirm the rumors.”

Barcelona Airport El Prat (LEBL) is one of the biggest in Spain. With three main runways, over 52 million passengers per year and airlines from all over the world, it’s a great destination to explore in the simulator.

Windsock Simulations recently developed Ibizia for X-Plane 11, which was released by Aerosoft just last week. You can find out more about Ibiza for X-Plane 11 here.

When we get new information, we’ll let you know.
