WINCTRL (formerly known as WinWing) is expanding its Airbus themed product selection below the line (of the desk… that is).
The new Orion 32 Rudder Pedals Metal are a configurable set of Airbus-style foot controls that give pilots a wider contact surface and a brake pivot point located much closer to the heel. Pilots have the ability to configure the pedals in three different modes including fixed-wing self centering, rotary-wing non-centering, and ground vehicle driving.
The pedals are spaced 54cm apart and feature a brake travel angle of 15 degrees, a brake pedal force of 10kg, and a yaw pedal force of 12kg. Max pedal deflection distance is 15cm with the ability to fine tune travel limits. To translate motion precisely into the sim, all axes are equipped with Hall-effect sensors.
In addition to a heavy-duty anti-slip metal base, pilots have the option to secure the pedals to the floor using pre-drilled mounting holes on the base and sides of the frame.
Two variants of the Orion 32 pedals are available for pre-order, distinguished solely by the inclusion of an adjustable metal damper which might be especially handy for those looking to simulate rotary-wing operations. The damper can also be purchased separately down the line.

The Orion 32 Rudder Pedals Metal are available for now for pre-order on each of WINCTRL’s regional stores for EUR 286.61 / GBP 307.51 / USD 328.69.
The Orion 32 Rudder Pedals Metal with damper are available now for pre-order on each of WINCTRL’s regional stores for EUR 325.02 / GBP 348.72 / USD 372.75.
According to WINCTRL, the first units are expected to reach regional warehouses in approximately 2-3 months.
A limited quantity of units are available to ship now from the WINCTRL Global store. However, duties and shipping charges are NOT included in the price. On the Global store, pricing for the Orion 32 without damper is USD 298.55 / EUR 248.95 / GBP 216.43.
On the Global store, pricing for the Orion 32 with damper is USD 338.56 / EUR 248.91 / GBP 245.43.
