Following the preview round-up, Microsoft has confirmed the minimum, recommended, and ideal PC specs will be for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Regardless of your hardware, you will need a machine that is connected to the internet (a minimum 10 Mbps speed) and at least 50GB on you storage device in order to use Microsoft Flight Simulator. If you then require third-party add-ons (outside of the thin client cloud-based system), you will need more storage space and more ideal settings will see you needing internet speeds of up to 100Mbps.
