In the final preview video from AviationLads, we can now watch the MCDU in action from FlightSim Studio’s upcoming EJets for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
In the new video, we see a full route programmed into the MCDU, including selecting runways, and adding SIDs/STARs information. Take-off performance is also handled by the MCDU, as well as en route and climb performance. We also see how the ND can show waypoints and other information, along with being adjusted to various views.
This is just a very brief overview on what to expect from the E175 once it releases for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
FlightSim Studio has worked in cooperation with another E-Jets developer, X-Crafts. We now know that X-Crafts has supported by providing the 3D model.
In the meantime, check out the external modelling of the plane, a cockpit video and also watch an overview of the included system depth.
