Aerosoft has released a new video showcasing nearly 50-minutes of footage for its upcoming A340-600 Pro in Microsoft Flight Simulator. The new footage is a ‘full flight’ in the aircraft, showcasing system functionality, aerodynamics, the EFB, and footage of the external model.
The aircraft is a collaboration effort between Aerosoft and ToLiss, with the latter providing the systems, aerodynamics, and simulation features. Aerosoft has worked on the modelling and texture work, bringing the systems to life visually.
It’s worth noting that what you’re watching is not from the final product, and there is still work being done on it. This was recorded as an indication of what to expect and to tie us over, as it seemingly looks like it will release in 2026, rather than 2025.
For now, enjoy the footage of Rafi taking the plane for a test flight. Aerosoft will release the A340-600 Pro for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
