Earlier this week, we announced our joint venture with Cruise Level and Threshold to begin an annual Flight Sim Awards that recognise great flight simulation products, companies, and creators. It’s an idea we have felt strongly about having for a long time, but now with some great partners, we are able to bring the awards to life and present them at this year’s FSWeekend in Lelystad.

We Hear You
We want to also acknowledge the comments and critiques around the internet. We are acutely aware of the concerns, but also thankful for the general positive consensus that this is something we need. It is the first time the community has had a joint venture in this regard and this year should be seen as our learning year.
It is about time great achievements from the year that has passed get recognised and we hope by hosting these awards, we can ensure that happens. The learnings from this year will absolutely be core for the Flight Sim Awards moving forward. We had to start somewhere and look forward to seeing how we can continue to develop it into something even better in the years ahead.
