Vote for FlightSimExpo 2026 Venue and Dates

FlightSimExpo 2025 may be the focus for many, but the organisers are already thinking ahead to 2026. As North America’s community-driven flight simulation convention, getting feedback from the community is vital to the success of the show. This is why they are asking the community to share their thoughts on where and when 2026’s show should be held.

Venue Choice

For 2025, we will see FlightSimExpo held at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, just outside of Boston. Tickets for this year are already on sale (and selling fast) and the list of exhibitors continues to grow.

Whilst this is exciting news in itself, we have been given a few locations where 2026 could be held. These locations are as follows:

• Minneapolis-Saint Paul
• Downtown Providence
• Raleigh Convention Center
• Rio Las Vegas
• Salt Lake City
• St. Louis: St. Charles Convention Center

Each location has its own expected room rate at the hotel and expected host venue. For example, if the event was to be held in Minneapolis, the event would be held at a convention centre, whereas if it was held in Las Vegas, it would be the convention space attached to the Rio Hotel.

Possible FlightSimExpo 2026 Dates

Alongside casting your thoughts on where FlightSimExpo 2026 should be held, the team is also offering you the chance to help choose which date would be most suited to you. As with other yers, the event will take place Friday – Sunday, with Friday being reserved for the biggest product reveals and announcements. There are two date options for the month of June 2026.

• June 26-28, 2026
