In a post on their Facebook page, scenery developers Vertical Simulations has released previews of their next project, Long Island MacArthur Airport (KISP) for X-Plane.
Little information was shared but there were plenty of screenshots to give us a good understanding of what is to come.
Long Island MacArthur Airport is located Ronkonkoma, New York on Long Island. The airport serves approximately two million passengers a year with the use of four runways. Southwest Airlines is the majority airline that operates from KISP, with flights to destinations within the USA and the Caribbean.
The scenery looks to be based on a good level of detailed orthophotography. Vertical Simulations has modelled much of the airport buildings so far and has included some areas surrounding the airfield too.
Head on over to the Vertical Simulations Facebook page to keep up with any further updates.
