Update 23 April 2019 @ 0244z: Milviz amended their Kickstarter page to reflect that even the lower tier pledges will have discounts available for the final product, directly correlated to the pledge amount.
Original article:
Aircraft developer Milviz has taken to crowd-funding site Kickstarter to seek support from the community to help fund X-Plane development for their ATR 72-600.
The Kickstarter campaign has a goal of $20,000 USD and the aim is to assist with the cost of learning the new platform.
There are various tiers available to pledge, ranging from $1 all the way to $195. The majority of those pledges will enable those to have their name in a manual, while the two top-end pledges include the full product once it’s released as well as access to the beta and regular updates, should you splurge for the top-tier pledge.
Finally, this Kickstarter is under the “All or Nothing” terms and conditions so unless the goal is met, in full, by the deadline of May 22nd, no money will be taken from the backers.
