Spotted in the comments of Flightbeam’s post on Facebook was the fact that NZAA Auckland is due to release just after NZWN, exciting news for those who have been waiting for Auckland since its announcement!
Those eagerly anticipating Flightbeam’s newest field set to take the place of NZAA while it’s delayed should rejoice, for we now know the what the next airport will be from this famed developer!
Flightbeam’s next airport will be NZWN Wellington International situated in New Zealand. Over 6 million people a year traverse through this single runway airport making it the third busiest in the region. Flightbeam has stated that NZWN will surpass all of their previous work in terms of the terminal modelling details and will also include an unsurpassed amount of custom and configurable ground clutter around the gate areas. The surrounding area will also get the Flightbeam treatment, with the entire Wellington peninsula receiving custom ground imagery and buildings.
Release is expected to take place in 2018 and we’ll share any new information or previews we receive. For now, enjoy the first previews of Flightbeam Wellington!
